On names new CCO and chief global markets officer

Delahunt, who is currently a non-executive board member at Zalando, succeeds Britt Olsen, who will exit the business by the end of September. Delahunt previously worked at Ralph Lauren between 2018 and 2022, holding roles including chief digital officer, chief marketing officer and chief content officer during her time at the fashion brand. Prior to this, Delahunt also held senior marketing and social media roles at British luxury fashion house Burberry (2011-2018). Most recently, Delahunt also founded and held the role of CEO at luxury fashion platform SYKY – an incubator programme and marketplace for emerging designers. The platform was founded in 2022 and began winding down operations earlier this year. Delahunt’s appointment comes alongside the promotion of On general manager of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region Rebecca Cai, to chief global markets officer. Advertisement Cai first joined On as a business development specialist in June 2020, having since progressed to head of ecommerce of APAC, vice-president and most recently general manager. Cai will continue to lead the APAC team until a successor is found and before she relocates to On’s head office in Zurich, Switzerland, next year. On said the appointments come as it continues “evolving its global commercial structure” to reach its “long-term, consumer-centric” targets. On president and COO Scott Maguire said: “We are thrilled to announce these two exciting leadership appointments, which are a direct reflection of our dedication to keep placing our consumer at the centre of everything we do. “As we grow our business and deliver the ‘wow’ to our fans worldwide, this new leadership set-up will enable greater focus and alignment. Advertisement “Alice and Rebecca will play a pivotal role in strengthening our ambition to become premium at every touchpoint alongside their world-class teams. They will work closely with our product, marketing and supply chain leadership to define what success looks like and further simplify our operating model.” Have your say or a new account to join the discussion.
