Ms Dameme brings more than 30 years’ experience in the logistics sector, including 17 years in the US, with expertise spanning international business development, customer strategy and global supply chains. She has particular experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector, having joined Geodis in October 2025 as sales director for healthcare and life sciences within its global freight forwarding division. Prior to joining Geodis, Ms Dameme spent five years at DB Schenker as head of global vertical market healthcare. She previously held a range of roles at Kuehne+Nagel for almost 10 years, following an eight-year career at DHL. In her new role, Ms Dameme will oversee Geodis’ global commercial strategy, with responsibility for accelerating business growth, strengthening customer relationships and improving commercial performance across its international freight forwarding operations. In a LinkedIn announcement, Geodis said Ms Dameme’s international experience and healthcare expertise would support its efforts to expand its global freight forwarding business. “We are very pleased to see Veronique take on this new role and wish her every success,” the company said.
