Barracuda launches redesigned Trust Center to simplify security due diligence
Evaluating a cybersecurity vendor should be straightforward. The demo and proof‑of‑concept are the exciting parts — but due diligence often isn’t. Verifying certifications, reviewing compliance documentation, checking data residency, and completing supplier security questionnaires can slow down projects and purchasing decisions if information is hard to find.
That's why we've completely redesigned the Barracuda Trust Center — to make due diligence faster, clearer and easier for customers, MSPs, and partners.
A centralized hub built for how organizations actually evaluate security
The Trust Center is now a single, streamlined resource for customers, partners, MSPs, and resellers who need authoritative information about Barracuda solutions, compliance programs, certifications, and security practices. The redesign was driven directly by feedback from our users, and every improvement supports our commitment to deliver products that are easy to buy, deploy and use.
A product‑first structure that mirrors real evaluation workflows
One of the biggest enhancements is a new product‑based navigation model. Instead of searching across multiple sections, visitors can quickly access information for:
- The BarracudaONE® platform
- Barracuda solutions and services
- The Barracuda IQ™ AI engine
This structure shortens the path to the details needed for purchasing decisions, compliance reviews and security assessments.
New tools that simplify compliance and supplier reviews
We’ve added several new features designed to address the most common due diligence requirements.
Interactive global data center map
A new interactive map makes it easy to identify where services are hosted and where product data resides. Organizations with regional or industry-specific data residency requirements can quickly find the information they need.
Visibility into certifications in progress
The Trust Center now shows both current Barracuda certifications and those actively in progress. This provides greater transparency into our compliance roadmap and ongoing investment in security and governance.
Due Diligence Navigator
To streamline vendor reviews, the new Due Diligence Navigator guides customers and partners through the documentation commonly required for supplier assessments, security reviews and procurement processes. It’s designed to reduce back‑and‑forth and help teams move faster.
Bailey™ AI assistant
The redesigned Trust Center now also includes the Bailey AI assistant, trained on Trust Center content and real customer due diligence questions and answers. Bailey helps customers and partners quickly find security, compliance and procurement information they need.
Dedicated support for SLED organizations
State, local government and education (SLED) organizations often face unique regulatory and compliance requirements. The redesigned Trust Center includes a dedicated SLED page that consolidates relevant corporate, regulatory compliance and certification and attestations documentation in one place — making evaluations simpler and more efficient.
Explore the new Trust Center
The updated Barracuda Trust Center was built with one goal: helping customers, MSPs and partners find the information they need faster and with less effort. Whether you’re conducting a detailed security review, validating compliance requirements or completing procurement paperwork, the new experience makes those tasks easier and more predictable.
