Council members attend Flavours of Grenada 2026

Members of the Caribbean Council attended Flavours of Grenada 2026, an Investment, Trade & Tourism Showcase hosted by the High Commission for Grenada in London on 8 September 2026. Held at the Hilton London Metropole, the event brought together senior government representatives, investors, business leaders and strategic partners to explore opportunities across Grenada’s priority economic sectors. These included tourism, renewable energy, the blue economy, agribusiness and health infrastructure. The showcase featured a keynote address by Grenada’s Minister of Finance, the Hon. Dennis Cornwall. Discussions focused on strengthening investment, trade, technical cooperation and strategic partnerships between Grenada, the United Kingdom and Commonwealth partners. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn more about Grenada’s investment and export potential, connect with government and industry representatives, and explore the country’s tourism and hospitality offer. The programme concluded with a networking reception showcasing Grenadian rum, award-winning chocolate and authentic cuisine, accompanied by live entertainment. Speaking after the event, High Commissioner of Grenada Rachér Croney said: “Flavours of Grenada 2026 was convened not simply to highlight the investment opportunities in Grenada, but to create connections that move beyond conversation towards concrete collaboration. At a time when Britain is continuing to redefine and strengthen its trade and investment relationships internationally, Grenada offers a compelling gateway to opportunities in the Eastern Caribbean, and it is positioned as a high performing island economy seeking strategic partners for its next phase of development. We look forward to turning the expressions of interest into meaningful action.” The Caribbean Council was pleased to support the event and engage with representatives from Grenada’s government, business and investment community. Flavours of Grenada 2026 provided a valuable platform for building relationships and advancing conversations around trade, investment and economic cooperation between Grenada, the United Kingdom and wider Commonwealth markets.
