Prince William and Kate Middleton Share First Halloween Social Media Post

Prince William and Kate Middleton marked Halloween on Saturday, Oct. 31, by sharing their first-ever Halloween-themed post on social media. The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 44, used their joint Instagram account to share a throwback photo of their youngest son, Prince Louis. The image, which was taken by Kate, shows Prince Louis at age 1 crouching in front of a large pumpkin. While the photo is a throwback, Louis is now 8 years old. The royal couple accompanied the image with a caption wishing followers a happy Halloween. Although this is the couple's first official social media acknowledgment of the holiday, reports indicate they have celebrated it privately for years. According to Hello! magazine, a London resident named Jay Rutland shared a photo in 2022 showing the Princess of Wales and her children trick-or-treating. Additionally, People magazine reported that in 2019, a resident in Norfolk spotted Kate at a supermarket with Prince George and Princess Charlotte while they were selecting Halloween costumes. The Wales family consists of William and Kate and their three children: Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8. Louis is currently fourth in line to the British throne. The family has recently reached several other milestones. In September, Prince George began attending Eton College, the same boarding school his father attended. Earlier in October, Kate and Charlotte were photographed using the Elizabeth line, a London Underground subway system, during an outing in the city. --- HOT covers what Americans are searching for most right now.
