Once your trade-in is complete and your product has been evaluated, you’ll receive an email with an REI e-gift card that you’ll be able to use to purchase more of your favorite gear. How to fix an REI coupon that’s not working If your REI coupon isn’t working, there are a few things you can do before deeming it a lost cause.
