Warehouse automation trio

Less than a month after their private equity parent company rolled them up into a single company, the trio of Intelligrated, Trew, and Transnorm has now named the executives who will fill four of their C-suite leadership roles, including CEO, COO, CRO, and CFO. In July, the New York-based investment firm American Industrial Partners (AIP) completed its acquisition of Honeywell’s Intelligrated and Transnorm divisions and moved to combine them with Trew. The role of the new organization will be to help customers to design, build and support warehouse automation solutions for retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, and parcel operations, AIP said. The same day it made that announcement, AIP said the CEO of the group would be Alfred Rebello. And it has now named Cortney Hunt as Chief Operating Officer (COO), John Naylor as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Bryan Jones as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Those moves show the group’s progress toward forging a single identity for the integrated units, Rebello said in an emailed statement. While a headquarters hub location is still being evaluated, business will continue as usual at each of the divisions: Intelligrated’s HQ will continue to be in Mason, Ohio; Trew will continue to operate from the West Chester, Ohio facility; and Transnorm continue to operate in Harsum, Germany.
