Surat: IHGÂŽ Hotels & Resorts today announced the signing of a management agreement with Yashvi Greenco LLP to introduce Holiday Inn Express Surat Gauravpath. Scheduled to open in 2029, the hotel will mark IHGâs first signing in Surat, reinforcing IHGâs strategic expansion across Indiaâs high-growth commercial markets, a press release said.
Known globally as the Diamond City, Surat continues to see sustained economic growth driven by its strong industrial base and infrastructure development. The 110-key Holiday Inn Express Surat Gauravpath will be part of a mixed-use development in the rapidly expanding Gauravpath corridor, catering to the cityâs growing corporate, SME, and transit demand.
