CBS's action thriller 'Tracker' has introduced several production and narrative shifts for its fourth season

CBS's action thriller 'Tracker' has introduced several production and narrative shifts for its fourth season, including a relocation of filming and the return of a key cast member. **Production Move to Los Angeles** After filming the first three seasons in Vancouver, Canada, the production has officially moved to Los Angeles. According to Just Jared, the relocation was prompted by a $48 million tax break provided to the show to film in California. In a statement via Deadline, lead actor Justin Hartley expressed excitement about bringing the series to L.A. and utilizing new locations for the storytelling. **The Return of Russell Shaw** A major point of interest for viewers is the return of Jensen Ackles as Russell Shaw. MovieWeb reports that Ackles reappears in episode 5, titled “Need to Know,” where he and his brother, Colter Shaw, team up to locate the kidnapped wife and daughter of a former military colleague. This collaboration marks a change in the show's typical formula, as Colter usually works alone in the field. The reports note that the brothers share a complicated history; the season 3 finale revealed that Russell had a secret file regarding their father, Ashton, and a deal with a character named McIntyre. While episode 5 does not resolve these mysteries, it establishes Russell's presence back in Colter's life and his rapport with Colter's support team. **Team Developments** The fourth season also addresses the stability of Colter’s support network. Reports from شبكة تواصل الإخبارية indicate that Reenie, Randy, and Mel spent the beginning of the season searching for a permanent workspace after losing their previous office. This instability had persisted since the team's current lineup formed in season 3. The search concluded in episode 4 when Reenie signed a lease, providing the team with a stable base of operations. Conflicting reports exist regarding the show's location history. While Just Jared states the show moved from Vancouver to Los Angeles for season 4, MovieWeb describes the move as being from Los Angeles to Vancouver. --- HOT covers what Americans are searching for most right now.
