Public Notice of a Development Application
- The Ministry of Meteorology, Energy, Information, Disaster Management, Environment, Climate Change & Communications (MEIDECC) has received an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report for the New Multi-Purpose Building at Vaini, Tongatapu.
- MEIDECC is seeking comments on this ElA report namely Peng Chen's New MultiPurpose Building, EIA No. 279/2024-25.
- A copy of the ElA Report may be inspected at the MEIDECC Environment Office, Fatafehl Road, Nuku'alofa, Tongatapu. The ElA report can only be assessed in the Tongatapu office.
- Comments must be received by 27* July 2026.
