âRHOBHâs Bozoma Saint John Defends Show After Sarah Michelle Gellarâs Criticism: âGotta Let It Buildâ
As Andy Cohen picks feud with Sarah Michelle Gellar over her criticism of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, one of the showâs stars has chimed in.
Bozoma Saint John, who joined the cast of the Bravo reality series last season, explained that despite Gellar calling Season 15 âboring,â the current episodes âset it up for a greatâ Season 16.
âHereâs the thing,â she told Page Six. âThere has to be moments where you get deep, and sometimes that depth doesnât require a lot of action, you know, because our lives are really real.â
Saint John noted, âThereâs a lot of drama going on. That doesnât necessarily mean conflict between us, but it is drama within each of our individual lives, and you gotta allow for space for that. I actually think it sets it up for a great next season too. Because then you let things play out, you know? So things are building. We gotta let it build.â

Although the former Netflix CMO had a thoughtful response to Gellarâs critique, executive producer Andy Cohen was not as receptive to the Buffy starâs comments on Page Six Radio, which records in his Radio Andy studio.
âAnd I was like, âYou know what? Donât bring someone into my studio to trash my show,'â sniped Cohen. âHow about, the door is locked when I leave? Howâs that? Or maybe think twice about posting that all over social media, where it says âAndyâ everywhere behind SMG. She wrong, by the way.â
In Gellarâs defense, she confirmed she is âobsessedâ with RHOBH and âI love Boz,â but when asked about Season 15, she admitted, âI think itâs boring.â
âItâs slow,â added Gellar, although she conceded, âItâs just picking up now.â
Airing Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is nearing its Season 15 finale, with the reunion special filming earlier this month.
